TNH's Project Director Nguyễn Anh Đĩnh registered to purchase 2 million shares, which would increase his ownership stake from 3.7% to 4.91%. The planned purchase coincides with the company's upcoming 2026 AGM and follows a reported 2025 net loss of VND 93.2 billion, a significant reversal from the prior year's profit.
